technology and innovation

In keeping with the recent rapid changes in the industry, we conducted research on 9-axis multi-axis machining processes. This research was initiated to provide performance and efficiency that exceeds existing multi-axis machining technologies. Our study consisted of the following main contents:

  • Development of a multi-axis machining process: We strived to achieve higher speed and precision than existing multi-axis machining systems by utilizing a multi-axis machining system.

  • Optimization of processing speed and precision: Through research, we have developed an optimization technology that utilizes a 9-axis multi-axis machining system to optimize various complex processes and improve productivity while maintaining the precision of parts.

  • Research on various fields of application: We conducted expanded research on multi-axis processing technology that can be applied not only to manufacturing, but also to various industrial fields such as medical, aerospace, and automobiles.

Results:
Our research opens new horizons in multi-axis machining technology. Our ultra-high-speed 9-axis multi-axis machining system provides much higher productivity and precision compared to existing systems, and has shown the potential to be applied to a variety of industrial fields. These research results are evaluated as an important achievement that can contribute to the development of the industry while proving our company’s technological prowess and innovation.
